Brief Outline for a Typical Hypnosis Show Opening Talk... A short monologue that explains to the audience what will happen in the show. I will explain what hypnosis is, what it feels like and why it is fun to participate. I want to emphasize that this experience will not be embarrassing for anyone, whether as a volunteer or just watching the show.Audience Test... Brief test to allow the audience to experience the power of suggestion for themselves. Call for Volunteers... at this time everyone who would like to volunteer is invited to participate. A few suggestibility tests will given to find the best volunteers for the show. Induction... this is the part where the volunteers actually gets hypnotized. Once the volunteers are hypnotized... That's when the fun begins !
